At Sabuun Shop, we want you to love your skin. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email sabuunshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or a product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Hygiene & Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, gift cards and any product that has been opened, used, or is missing its seal cannot be returned unless defective.
